1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TALO, you confirm that:

You agree to comply with all provisions stated herein.
TALO reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

You must ensure that:

You are not prohibited from using the service under the laws of your jurisdiction.
All registration information you provide is accurate and valid.
You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

Not use bots, spam, or automated tools to artificially inflate engagement or farm rewards.
Retain ownership of your content but grant TALO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and Web3 wallet seed phrase/private key.
TALO is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to protect your credentials or wallet.
Impersonating others or creating fake accounts is strictly prohibited.

TALO operates a reward system using TALO tokens. By participating, you agree:

Token-related terms:

TALO tokens do not represent equity or ownership in the company.
Token value may rise or fall based on market conditions.
TALO does not guarantee any profit from holding tokens.
Fraudulent activity (spam, fake engagement, farming) will result in account suspension and token forfeiture.

Withdrawing tokens to an external wallet is at your own risk (gas fees, errors, loss of access).
Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
TALO is not responsible for wrong addresses, lost seed phrases, or user mistakes.

You may not use TALO to:

TALO may terminate accounts for violations. Upon termination, tokens and data may be forfeited or deleted.

These Terms shall be governed by international laws applicable to digital platforms and Web3 technology.
