🌐 TALO COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

These Community Guidelines ensure TALO remains a safe, respectful, transparent, and creative environment for all Web3 users.
All activities on the platform must comply with the principles below.

1. Respect Each Other

TALO users must:

Refrain from personal attacks
Not insult, harass, or demean others
Not discriminate based on gender, religion, race, or ethnicity
Not engage in uncivil behavior or intentionally harm others

Violating posts or comments will be removed, and accounts may be restricted.

2. No Illegal Content

Strictly prohibited:

Pornographic, sexually explicit, or 18+ content
Illegal substances or unlicensed trading
Gambling, scams, or illegal multi-level marketing
Terrorism, incitement to violence, or hate speech
Sensitive political content, distortion, or false propaganda
Encouraging others to break the law

TALO reserves the right to remove such content immediately.

3. No Spam, Bots, or Fraud

To maintain fairness, TALO prohibits:

Using bots for automated likes, comments, or video views
Spamming repetitive comments or content
Creating multiple accounts to farm rewards
Exploiting system bugs for personal gain

Violations may result in:

Reward/token revocation
Account suspension
Permanent ban from the platform

4. Community-Safe Content Only

Prohibited:

Excessively graphic violence or gore
Self-harm or encouragement of self-harm
Dangerous challenges
Accident or death imagery
Disturbing or traumatic content

Educational or awareness content may be considered but will have limited visibility.

5. Respect Copyright

Post only original content or content you have rights to use
Not re-upload other Creators’ videos without permission
Not use third-party logos or trademarks without authorization

6. No Misinformation

Prohibited:

Fake news
Investment scams or fraudulent financial schemes
Unverified or misleading information
Impersonating KOLs/KOCs/influencers
Spreading panic or false alarms in the community

Detected content will be removed and the poster penalized.

7. Respect Personal Data & Privacy

Prohibited:

Sharing others’ personal information (phone numbers, addresses, ID numbers)
Posting photos of others without consent
Invading privacy or stalking

TALO prioritizes user data protection and privacy.

8. Comment Rules

Comments must:

Be polite and non-disruptive
Not defame, mock, or incite conflict
Not contain malicious or scam links
Not spam emotes/icons repeatedly

9. Rules for Creators

Produce content that meets community standards
Not use misleading or harmful content for views
Avoid deceptive clickbait titles/thumbnails
Respect other Creators
Clearly disclose sponsorships or paid promotions

High-profile Creators who violate rules may have monetization temporarily suspended.

10. Web3 & Crypto-Related Content

Allowed:

Blockchain education
Technology tutorials
Sharing transparent Web3 projects

Prohibited:

“Guaranteed 100x” promises or unvetted projects
Shilling, pump groups, or unauthorized fundraising
Airdrop scams, fake wallets, or phishing

TALO prioritizes protecting newcomers from Web3 risks.

11. Child Protection

Strictly prohibited:

Content showing children in dangerous situations
Exploiting children for views
Sexual or inappropriate content involving minors
Lewd or inappropriate comments about children

Comments are automatically disabled on potentially unsafe content involving children.

12. Reporting Violations

Users can report:

Posts
Videos
Comments
User profiles

The TALO team will review and take action as soon as possible.

13. Violation Enforcement Levels

TALO applies a 4-tier disciplinary system:

Level 1 – Warning
Minor violations or first-time offenses.
Level 2 – Account Restrictions (7–30 days)
Cannot post or earn rewards.
Level 3 – Account Lock
Serious or repeated violations.
Level 4 – Permanent Ban
• Scams/fraud • Threats against others • Token/reward manipulation • Severe re-uploading or spamming

14. Policy Updates

TALO reserves the right to update these Community Guidelines at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
