1. Privacy Policy

TALO is a Web3-powered social network that allows users to post text, short videos, and participate in cryptocurrency mining and blockchain wallet features. We are fully committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with Apple App Store Guidelines, Google Play Policies, GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable laws.

1.1 Information We Collect

• User-Provided Data: Email or phone number, display name, profile picture, posts, photos, videos, comments, and messages.
• Automatically Collected Data: Device ID, operating system, anonymized IP address, analytics data, FCM/APNs tokens for push notifications, activity logs.
• Web3 & Mining Data: Blockchain wallet address, on-chain transaction history related to TALO, mining rewards data.

We NEVER collect private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords.

1.2 How We Use Your Information

• Operate and improve social networking features
• Deliver personalized content feeds
• Support Web3 transactions and mining rewards
• Detect fraud and ensure security
• Send push notifications (opt-out available)
• Comply with legal obligations

1.3 Sharing of Data

We share data only with:

• Technical partners (servers, storage, analytics)
• Law enforcement when legally required
• Public blockchains (on-chain transactions)

We do NOT sell personal data to third parties.

1.4 Your Rights

1.5 Security & Account Deletion

• End-to-end encryption in transit
• Secure distributed storage
• Account deletion available in-app or via email – all personal data removed within 30 days (on-chain transactions remain immutable)

2. Terms of Service

By creating a TALO account, you agree to these terms.

2.1 Age Requirements

• Users must be at least 13 years old (COPPA compliant)
• In certain jurisdictions, users must be 16+

2.2 Community Guidelines – Strictly Prohibited

• Adult content, nudity, pornography
• Violence, hate speech, discrimination
• Scams, spam, deepfakes intended to deceive
• Copyright infringement
• Promotion of illegal substances, gambling, or terrorism
• Sharing private keys or seed phrases

Repeated violations will result in permanent account suspension.

2.3 Web3 Services & Mining

• Reward amounts may change based on network algorithms
• TALO does not guarantee token value
• All blockchain transactions are irreversible
• Users are solely responsible for securing their wallets

2.4 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts for violations or fraudulent Web3 activity.

3. Content & Token Policy

Absolutely prohibited: 18+ content, graphic violence, terrorism, spam, hacking tutorials, or investment solicitation.

TALO tokens are utility tokens used for in-app mining – they are NOT securities and carry no promise of profit.

4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

Children under 13 are not permitted to use TALO. Any detected underage accounts will be immediately deleted.

5. App Store & Google Play Required Disclosures

Data Collected: Contact info, User content, Identifiers, Usage data, Diagnostics
Data Linked to You: Account, User content, Device
Data Not Linked: IP address (anonymized)
Security: Encrypted in transit • Users can request deletion
